Customer Complaint

My car has been in the repair shop since June 16, 2023 and their is no word on completion of repairs. Warranty company will not provide a loaner car, will not reimburse for car rental, and will not provide any transportation assistance. All this after purchasing a Platinum Protection Plan. Resolution Sought 1) Completion of repairs. 2) Free loaner car until repairs are done. 3) Rental car reimbursement 4) Pro-rate warranty protection plan
