I have several transactions that were created from this merchant. # 5142554003 7/8/21 --- $2500.00 $5142572091 7/8/2021 $100 #5142532619 7/5/2021 $25.00 #5142560819 7/5/2021 $100.00 #5142599529 7/5/2021 $1000.00 #5142562103 7/5/2021 $3000.00 Resolution Sought I am demanding an immediately refunds. I believe the merchant suspected fraud so without researching further of my identity all my transactions were halted and caused me inconvenience not to mention that people we owed loans and my mother medical expenses were affected by the merchant actions. I was told it will be going to be released and I even was asked to completed the BSA form (Sellers Compliance Report) all my sensitive information such SS# was written on the form. Thank you

On behalf of Servicio UniTeller, Inc., we received your inquiry regarding all of the six transactions referenced above (four conducted on July 5 totaling $4,125 and two conducted on July 8 for $2600 in total) and we apologize for any confusion with those transactions. Due to a fraud and anti-money laundering investigation with regard to this series of varied transactions attempted on two separate days, we contacted you to request certain documents and an explanation but this process did not provide to be successful. We apologize for the missed communications regarding the cancellation and refund of your transaction. At this point (actually on July 20 (and before we even received this complaint), you have received your refund in full for the $6, 725 for the total of the six transactions back into the bank account you used to send the funds. We apologize for any confusion. Therefore, Servicio UniTeller, Inc. complied in full with its obligations for this remittance and the matter is understood as resolved. In sum, we are sorry there was confusion as we value you as a customer. Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. We do appreciate your choosing our service.
