Form of harassment

I've been trying to get a hold of the owner or the boss of universal Lanes. I've been given the runaround told the Callback at noon the next day then I do and then I'm told to call back at noon the next day. I did this for over a week. Yesterday on Sunday the 10th of January I called and asked for mr. Matti the owner. As I did every time they told me to call back. At 1:58 p.m. a man picked up the phone and when I asked for the owner he replied " Suck my d***" and then proceeded to call me a b**** and hung up on me. If that's how this business runs oh, maybe they shouldn't have employees like that answering their phones. I called the police department they said that is a form of harassment that I should contact the Better Business Bureau. So that's why I'm contacting you. I would like the owner And boss of the place to be notified His name is Mr. Matti Sr. Its owned my a family and Mr. Matti is the father. He needed to know how his business is being represented and ran. I know 3 of the peoples names that refused to let me speak to mr. Matti.
