We had 3 season passes for universal studios Hollywood. I cancelled the season passes on 9/3/2022. I have an email from universal stating the passes were cancelled effective 9/3/2023. I was charged on 9/28/2022 and 10/28/2022 for the passes. When we called, universal (Stephanie) told us there was a glitch and the passes accidentally renewed on 9/12/2022. She said the system never updated our cancellation. We asked to speak to a supervisor. When Andrew got on the phone he stated this is an IT glitch and it is out of their control. He stated passes are non refundable and there was nothing he could do even though he admitted the glitch was on the company's end. When we told him we were disputing the charge with the credit card company and contacting the better business bureau he stated he will no longer speak to us and ended the call. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded $109.50 which is the amount universal studios charged to my credit card without authorization.
