Rushed into a deal my realtor from Clever showed me wrong lot Nov'22. She didn't have FL lic. Found out after the fact after I signed/agreed to a totally different lot in area on a busy nosey corner with drainage ditches. I'm disabled an d a fall risk I won't be able to enjoy yard it's all uneven ground covered in weeds no grass or trees as promised by builder. Every time I had a question or issue they'd refer me back to a builder with anger issues. I had to block communications with them all but he used my email to berate calling me a liar drunk and mentally unstable. The stroke affected my clarity in speech. But I'm none of those acquisitions. I've been here since July and supposed to be my forever home but I ended up in a fixer upper with no recourse. The sewer manhole placed outside front door . The smell was so bad I couldn't use front door. I had to get health dpt involved he finally brought original plumber 12Aug to repair grinder. It was full to the top I'm living alone and no way I filled it. His workers had been using for sometime between my house his next door. Porta potty for optics only. Beer cans all over floor of garage. My boxes had been gone through I'm missing my camera equipment and my Mini bar for new home celebrations. The builder moved boxes in garage putting bricks in front of breaker box I'm a fall risk. The garage door wasn't plugged in had to pull down.my friend plugged in and found fobs hidden in breaker box. My hot and water are backwards have. Resolution Sought Prevent University lending to do business with Pinnacle Contractor for Veterans especially handicapped ones Jennifer Berube assisted fpl 1094.00$to change invoice from Kari Arb to me so they could close the deal on my house she did a three way call telling it was my house my invoice. Again a-negative r rating. Kept referring me back to wolves to solve problems.

Company states; Please be advised that have completed a thorough investigation regarding the issues raised in the complaint. Below are the findings from our investigation: 1. Ms. Douglas worked with Stephanie from EXP Realty as her "Buyer" Agent and signed a Purchase Agreement on 8/26/22, for the property she selected with the assistance of her Agent. The Purchase Agreement includes the purchase of the lot and the cost to construct the home. 2. The property was owned by Pinnacle Contractors, LLC who also provided the House Plans for the construction project to Ms. Douglas, This was all included as part of the Purchase Agreement. 3. University Lending Group did not recommend or select Pinnacle Contractors, LLC as the builder. 4. Pinnacle Contractors, LLC is not affiliated with University Lending Group, and we have no relationship with Pinnacle Contractors, LLC. 5. University Lending Group only provided the financing for the VA Construction Loan that Ms. Douglas needed. 6. There were no delays or issues caused by University Lending Group related to the financing of the VA Construction Loan. 7. University Lending Group tried to assist Ms. Douglas as much as possible with the issues she brought to our attention. However, those issues between Ms. Douglas and third parties that she engaged for this project. 8. The FPL (Florida Power & Light) invoice was the cost for connecting the electrical power to Ms. Douglas's home. This is a normal expense that should be paid by the homeowner unless there is something different specified in the Purchase Agreement. This matter is something the Lender (University Lending Group) has no control over. We are disappointed to hear that Ms. Douglas is not happy with her home, however, there is nothing we can do to mitigate any of her complaints. We recommend that she work through the issues regarding the home with Pinnacle Contractors, LLC with whom she contracted to build the home. Warm regards, Vice President Compliance Risk Officer & Community Bank Compliance Officer of Privacy Officer University Bank University Lending Group a division of University Bank
