Lived here for over 5 years paid my fees on time never had issue it was raining and windy and 1pm in afternoon my contractor was here and we about to replace the rain gutters because all the water comes into the driveway and leaks into my two sheds and convertible car so we getting the gutters put together in sections using a table saw to cut the sections and hammer and other tools, we are getting ready to put the sections up its raining pretty hard and my 70yr old father comes out and tells me its to noisy the office is on the phone mind u its middle of afternoon, the cutting is sparse and, so is the hammering and sanding over all maybe 20 mins max over 2 hrs I am asking what am I supposed to do now, they threaten to evict us for what i don't know, so i get upset told the contactor to leave and take all the stuff, since we cant do work on our own homes in middle of the day. I paid him for completing the job since its not his fault, it stormed that night the water soaked both the sheds and and the stuff inside and even covered the driveway again, which is covered it ruined my power tools and the audio equipment inside my shed. I had someone come out check the noise level and was informed that unless the person had all there windows and front door open and was standing outside the door in the rain and cold and wind there is no way it could be loud enough because there are no windows facing the work area to the rear and the sheds than addon to on the house next to ours Resolution Sought Well if they can find some to put the gutters up without using table saw, hammer, palm sander and pay for material plus the stuff that got ruined in the sheds.
