I ordered online 4 comics Jan 2020 for delivery to Dubai (their order reference 99842). I have written many many times trying to get the comics. Eventually they stated one of them would not been sent and they offered a partial store credit. I asked for a full refund as I would not have ordered internationally (and incur shipping charges) for the remaining 3 comics. They stated their T&Cs meant they did not have to refund. I have requested them to send the comics they do have and they provided a tracker with USPS which is not recognized now (previously it stated they were awaiting the comics to send from the sender). Unknown are ignoring emails now. I paid 15mths ago, I have more received the items I ordered and they are now ignoring me. Can you help? Resolution Sought I would like a full refund via Paypal (or to my credit card) and end this 15mth and counting nightmare!
