I was overcharged for installing two wall heaters, was charged $ 32,000. Their website advertise a charge of $ 95 per hour. The job took less than 6 hrs. I also called and was told they charged by hour. The units cost around $ 1000.00 Resolution Sought I would like them to reimburse for the overcharge of services. Other businesses quote around $ 1500.00 for the job.

Hi Luis, this was a bid job. Quote #1965 you signed and accepted quote. I know of no company that would do 2 wall furnaces for 1500.00. The job was about 3,000 and another 200 in tax. I don’t see how this is fair to have some one complete work then ask for a refund because you could of got it done cheaper….. wish you the best.
