They will not give me an equity deal despite MV Realtyys offer to remove their memorandum and place it on in the future. This is not a lien as they seem to indicate. Personally I smell a rat.I feel that they are singling me out and will not compromise in any way. I repeat. It is not a lien as they say it is.They are misinformed and just plain F---ing stubborn. Will a judge go with the compromise offered by MV Realty?I seem to think the judge will. Shall we test it?? Resolution Sought Go through with the compromise offered by MV Realty.If not,we will let a judge decide.

As part of our underwriting guidelines and as a general policy applicable to all applicants, Unlock Technologies, Inc. (Unlock) does not enter into a Home Equity Agreement (HEA) where MV Realty's "Home Benefit Program" appears on the applicants title report.
