My car broke down on RT 66 last Tuesday evening.. I tried to call several friends to help me get my vehicle started.. only one person was able to come to my aide besides the State trooper pulling over to see what was the problem.. I was stopped at a very dangerous place..in front of Guida's.. my car wouldn't start even after a tow truck came and we put gas in the tank.. thinking I might have ran out of gas..car was towed to 170 N. Main St. In Middletown CT... the next day..on Wednesday.. I went to see the car and try to get my clipboard out of the car so I could go to work and I was denied access until I paid $217... I paid it and was able to get my clipboard but in the meantime.. Charlie ...who was very unprofessional.. ask me if I wanted them to fix the car...of course...it doesn't run so let me know how much it is going to cost and etc. Thursday was Thanksgiving..they didn't work... Friday...they didn't work... Saturday and Sunday.. the same until.. Monday I called in the morning and Charlie says... they're going to take a look at it and let me know what's going on... so I called Tuesday morning and Charlie says they're trying to figure out what's wrong...it may be electrical... Tuesday and hour and a half later.. Charlie calls me and says that my car is running... I was excited so I went there... he's telling me they got the car running.. wonderful.. how much is this going to cost..he said his mechanic Kenny did it and he's the best... blah Resolution Sought I would like to pay less than $400.00

Company states; Attached (upon request) is the agreed upon price of Ms.Palmer's mechanic work she received on 11.29.2022. At Untouchable towing, we run by all our quotes and estimates with all our customers. The price was advised to Ms.Palmer beforehand with us stating there might be a fluctuation in the price depending on the severity of the mechanical problem. Ms.Palmer requested us to do the work quickly due to her needing her car for work. My boss, the owner Charles, advised her she was looking at roughly $650 for parts and labor, due to there being a problem with the ignition switch. Ms.Palmer took a few days to get the money to us, while we held her car for her in our garage until we received payment. We charged an hourly rate of $90 and charged for parts. The vehicle was intentionally towed in under the assumption she ran out of gas, when our mechanic put gas in the vehicle it was evident that was not the case. We have our own gas pumps in the back of our facility, so we used average Connecticut gas prices to estimate how much gas we put into the vehicle per gallon, resulting in a $20 gas charge. The attachment will have our breakdown along with a description of what was discussed with Ms. Palmer regarding her vehicle.

My 1999 Honda Accord was towed on May 5th to Untouchable towing for being unregistered I called him to get my vehicle he told me he needed proof of who the owner was I told him it was in the car. he would not let me in the car to get it at that time it was $139 to get the car out I went down there on Saturday he let me get the registration out of the car only to tell me that I couldn't take the car unless he told it I told him I was going to push it across the street to my old house my man was like a little bit leave it there then I find out he has had my number blocked and my girlfriend's never blocked for over a week so how am I supposed to work out getting my car when he's had us blocked I couldn't figure out why my phone kept going to voicemail then I blocked my number and called him and it went through Resolution Sought I would like my car back everything I own is inside it that's probably why he doesn't want to give it to me cuz he thinks there's a lot of money in it I would like him to have to tow it to where it needs to go
