They took $10 off my account from a pending charge after the fact that the money was already taken off of my balance leaving me $.56 and this was on 29 September this year I made a deposit and taking out an ATM withdrawal leaving me with $23 and some change on my account and they decided they're gonna take $10 off again they're claiming they're right or doing December 3. I talked to cross River bank, which is under upgrade bank and they're just doing too much lying. They're not doing anything about it. It's just a whole big hassle and I'm tired of arguing with them and I just wanna do something about and get my money back. Happened in August they took an additional 10 off my account before two and lied what they were with everything was accurate and why not so it's not the first time they've done this crap Resolution Sought Get my money back

Upgrade reported me late again for January, 2025!!! This has been ongoing since October, 2024. They fix it and then turn around and report late EVERY MONTH!!! They have acknowledged their continued errors but continue to report late. On 2/23, 2/24, 2/17, 2/22, 2/23 and 2/24, I have called, sent written complaints and talked to several reps, and their has yet to be a correction submitted by their reporting agency. I have been denied credit, be offered ridiculously high interest rates and my credit score has continued to take hits due to their error!!!!! Resolution Sought I want them to stop this ping pong reporting error! I want them to immediately report me current! I want the error fixed once and for all, I want them to report me accurately, if they are going to give a monetary compensation , I want what the statute for continuous violations allows which is $1000 per violation!!!! I have NEVER asked for compensation, but the frustration stress and time along with the financial impact I feel now warrants compensation!!!!
