They keep lowering my line of credit twice a year after my credit review my credit score drop a few points but are better than several white customers and their line remains the same or increase. Resolution Sought I think I am been discriminated against. I want them to address this matter.

This is not an internet crime this is Compliance fraud of their Cross River Visa Chargeback Dispute Analyst who refused to send my Debit Card Disputes to Visa Inc. Upgrade Deposit & Customer Advocacy Dept. Continued to lie & say that this contact belonged to Visa 866-236-7969 which in fact on monitored & recorded calls Visa Inc. States it never received the cases at all from Any of the Upgraded managers listed in my summary. This complaints extends to their employee abuse and internal obstruction of Investigation lead by the Report given & provided to them to receive my Refund. Renaud Laplanche CEO & Upgrade board of directors will also be reported for violated homeland consumer privacy of private class citizens. Upgrade Visa Disputes Cases #5293314660 Case#5299463718 Case#2368348657 Case#5299463703 Case#2364896709 Police Report# 2023-012186 Sgt. Severson for Visa Claims. The card was left at the Station for over 10hrs, multilated & Upgrade never replaced it when I asked. So Supervisor George finally mailed me a replacement. Upgrade owned by Cross River Bank is a Hellious Anarchy risk to Homeland Security. Nobody wants to work or answer the phone when you call they make you wait for hours to find managers in the United States who never provide agent ID#s. Customer Advocacy, & Deposit Servicing Depts 833-906-7945 all lie for each other making their inconspicuous comments unbelievable Bo, Martha Chris along with other unknown names claim work for Upgrade or Visa Inc. Resolution Sought All if you lie cause when I asked for Compliance & Operations Directors Tom Curaan, Christopher Young & Michael Gershovich to be involved in getting my money back. Upgrade to date owes me over $800 which has not been sent by check in the mail as promised. They closed my account with pending open Debit card Claims in retaliation for contacting the CFPB about them Please don't allows them to lie to the Government & fully investigate the individuals involved in managing my Visa Disputes.
