Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

On December 22, 2025, Uphold charged my PayPal account 160.00 for a transaction that never happened and was not initiated by me. Transaction ID: 1PN18779BY7660458. When asked what item was purchased, I was told from the order summary that I purchased $160.00 - that's it from the order summary. So I looked into Uphold to find that they sell Bitcoin currency. I do not have any Bitcoin wallets or the ability to use this type of currency. Resolution Sought I would like Uphold to remove the charge from my PayPal account.
