Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Uplift financed a trip for me, and I was beyond excited. I made the first payments, but then my phone number changed. There is absolutely NO WAY to log into your Uplift account without being able to verify your phone number. I called customer service repeatedly, bit there are no live agents to talk to. A month passed and I FINALLY received all of the harsh and threatening Collection attempts from Uplift. I emailed the company and asked them to PLEASE update my phone number so I could make the payments. The CSR was very polite and said that the info had been updated. I logged into my account and made the payments up-to-date. 2 days later I was informed that they canceled my travel plans and I am out $250 for the cancellation fee, and an additional $180 that I had paid. Carnival gave Uplift back there money, but the company refuses to refund me. COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL FRAUD. Resolution Sought Refund in full
