Upper bucks orthopedics has and is denying me treatment from a credit dispute from 2007!They are one of the only orthopedic businesses in the area.I am having severe problems with my shoulder,full arm pain,hands going numb,To refuse me treatment is absolutely obserd Resolution Sought Would like to have them made well aware that this is not allowed in pa and action will be taken

We received the above complaint in regards to Mr. Ney. The complaint states that we are the only Orthopaedic businessin the area. We are a suburb of Philadelphia, not in the rural areas of Pennsylvania. The following orthopaedic offices are within a 15 mile radius and participate with his insuance: 3.4 miles in Quakerton 5.7 miles in Lansdale 12.5 miles in Norristwon 14.8 miles in Abington We did not start treatment for this injury and since there are other orthopaedic physicians inour area we have no obligation to see him wheter he has debt in our office or not.
