Worthless management

Their customer "service" is non existant. They were supposed to pick up a package, they dropped off a shipping label and left. They told me they'd pick it up for $7.50. The company taking the return already paid for shipping AND pick up. The manager, Jake or Joe is too dumb to hang up the phone when he leaves a message, so I hear him talking about me to his buddy. Let's just say, he's an a**hole. Now we fast forward. I have a package with a label ready to go. I leave it on the porch knowing that I'm getting a shipment. The driver left the new package, and the package I left for him. So, I try taking it to their location during the hours the claim to actually do something for customers. Nope. They give you 1/2 hour, 5:30 to 6 that they're supposed to be open. Locked up tight. The package doesn't fit in the drop box. Get home, call UPS. I'm told to drop it off there. I said it's locked. He said leave it in the drop box. I said it doesn't fit. He told me to take it over there. Seriously. I had to tell him probably 5 times that 1-the doors, including the customer service door, are LOCKED and the box DOES NOT FIT. Jamestown UPS is a joke, and UPS customer service is full of morons who can only say "i'm sorry". FedEX or US Postal Service is the only choice. If they're going to be like this, why did they close the store downtown?
