Dropped off two packages for usps they refused to give me a receipt. They told me that usps doesn't give out receipts but that's not true. The male person working there was very rude! I dropped off my packages 4:45pm 5/31/2022. My packages have not tracked yet. I'm never going to this ups store ever again and I will also let other customers know about this store and they're lousy service. Where are my packages? Resolution Sought I would like to know when my packages were given to usps.

Our store is the UPS store. The customer dropped off a USPS package. When this happens we place it with her outgoing mail. It is a courtesy that we provide to the public, But are not able to process a drop off receipt because we are not the post office. If they wanted a receipt they would have to go to the post office. We are not the same company. We do not give out receipts for USPS. It’s possible that the tracking number is being tracked on the wrong website. Unfortunately if the customer would have called the store and asked to talk to the manager we could’ve avoided this.
