I pay for mailbox but live about 25 min away. Try to call and see if I've had a delivery if expecting one before I make the drive there and back, but depending on the great employee of the day, I can't be told if I had a delivery and have to waste the drive. I pay for the box as well as the acceptance of deliveries so they should tell me before I make the trip there if I ask. Also, if I'm out of town and need a relative to get an important delivery or piece of mail, I can only have it picked with my approval sometimes. Also depending on the great employee of the day. This is not what I pay them for, no access to my mail like that. I've been a paying customer here for 15 + years and this has never been a problem until the current owners. This is unacceptable to take my money every month for mailbox and acceptance of parcel deliveries, but not tell me if I had a delivery or allow me to have an approved person to pickup of mail or deliveries when I'm out of town or not available to pick during their business hours. Resolution Sought Tell me if I've had a parcel delivery if they have received one for my box. Also, allow an approved person to pick up my deliveries when I'm not available to pick up myself. Stop restricting access to my my mail and deliveries. I pay them to accept and hold, not restrict and keep access or information from me.
