Breach of contract along with stolen items valued up 1,500 the company failed to deliver my furniture into my location as contract stated they just dropped my things off in front of my apartment complex because they tried to charge me extra because the driver said it was over 75 feet to my door but upon me counting the distance it was actually 48 feet from the front of my complex to the elevator once out of elevator it was 10 steps into my apartment which brings the total of approximately 58 feet total which is well under 75 feet. I tried to reach out to them several times but never received a answer through phone contact or email. Once they just dropped my things off they just left gave me no paperwork stating my delivery was complete and gave me no time to do an inventory for my things Resolution Sought Reimburse me my moving expenses and pay full price for my missing and damaged items
