Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Upside advertises cash back for gas purchases. I was getting my cash back in the beginning but the advertising increased the cash back opportunity and ever since March the 3rd i haven't been receiving my Cash Back. I have brought this to their attention and now I am being ignored about the situation. Every time i address it over the web they close out my request and totally ignore the situation. This is Deceptive, Bad Business Practices, Misleading, and False advertising. If you look over the web you will see similar incidents in reference to this company. I'm not sure about the exact amount that i am owed but i have proof of every single transaction. Resolution Sought I just want what was advertised to me. I would have to add it all up because there are several transactions that are still pending.
