Keeps reporting incorrect principal balance, and everything to the credit bureaus dropping my credit 20 points each time or more. They have been doing it for the last three months. I have pictures of whatever they're reporting to my credit bro, and my principal balance it does not match not even near what the payoff balance is. Resolution Sought My desire outcome of this is that they take all the insurance that I have already paid them and put it towards my principal balance. And fix my credit score. And stop fossilizing credit reporting

Fraudulent activities. Failure to pull payments on time resulting in penalties and fees out of my pocket. Taking partial payments instead of full payments. Resolution Sought I would like every penny of interest returned to me
