Fraudulent activities. Failure to pull payments on time resulting in penalties and fees out of my pocket. Taking partial payments instead of full payments. Resolution Sought I would like every penny of interest returned to me

I'm disputing this online company because I sent them an $15,8500 check to pay of a current personal loan. I used FEDEX to send 2 day to their overnight lockbox and tracked the payment and the company received it at 10:00 am on 3/2/2023. I've called the customer service line and spoke with several people about getting my payment posted and was told it takes 7-10 days for the check to post to my account . It's been over 10 days and my account is still showing past due and the $15,800 isn't still posted to my account. Need help getting my check posted and paying off this creditor because they are truly a scam and trying to get more monies with high interest rates and past due fees. Resolution Sought My account cleared and payoff from the check I've sent to pay the account off and closed.
