They were supposed to of fixed my vehicle back in September. The part they replaced went again this past Thursday. They told me that I would have my vehicle back by today and now no-one is answering and I'm being forced to pay for a rental car l, when my vehicle should have been fixed back in September. Resolution Sought Upstate Chevy pays for the rental.

Repair was made to this vehicle. The part we put in failed and we replaced it at no cost to the customer. Vehicle was out of warranty and customer would have had to pay for a rental. We did not have a rental available.
