Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've not had adequate internet since purchasing service with them. Not only do upstream network advertise up speed internet but they claim that they are open 24 hrs but they or not. Consumers pay for service that are not rendered. Resolution Sought Close this business until they can provide the service that they claim they do
