I am writing to report an unresolved payment issue regarding a project completed through Upwork. The project, titled writers & experts in bioresonance, rife, frequency, energy healing for new web magazine, was completed more than three months ago, and the client has not released the agreed-upon payment. The project was completed in accordance with Upwork's policies and the agreed-upon terms, with all milestones met and client satisfaction confirmed. Despite this, I have not received the payment of $800, which was due upon completion. I have made multiple attempts to contact the client and resolve this issue directly, but I have not received a response or payment. I kindly request Upwork's intervention to resolve this matter promptly and ensure I receive the payment I am rightfully owed. I believe that Upwork's policies and procedures are designed to protect freelancers like myself from situations like this. I request your assistance in facilitating the release of my payment in a fair and timely manner. Please investigate this matter and inform me of the steps that will be taken to resolve this dispute. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a swift resolution. Resolution Sought A letter of apology and $12000 as compensation for the delayed payment as well as my mental health has been affected drastically because of the issue and I have had no work since the issue started.

I have started an Upwork account with this company. First let Me inform You that I have yet to provide any credit card information or bank information. If I did I see there would be an issue with them. I'm having an issue from the start with out any financial situation yet. I have provided All pertinent information to verify whom I am from license which is official, to email address and email address verification. Phone number, as well home address which matches My state license, these people denied My license after I uploaded it over 7 times, also took pictures from there app to upload My id with in filling out the information process, still it's denied. I have spoken to customer support team many many times. Replied, responded to their emails directly from My email address and still, their are issues unreal unresolved withy account. This should not be this difficult to open up an account, or to go through verification process. I have explained and told them I have access toy email many of times, and have emailed them back. Please help resolve this quickly as possible. Resolution Sought I would like the process to take a whole lot.of less time to open up the account, less tedious, quickly as possible. I have been trying to open this account for over two weeks now, and this should not have to this long to open an account with Upwork. It should be short and very brief to open an Upworks account.
