I took my children to Urban Air in December of 2023 while visiting family in that area for Christmas. I purchased the tickets online and we went and had a great day. In March I noticed I had two charges for almost $40 in both January and February on my PayPal credit card from Urban Air. I disputed the charges and PayPal issued me a new credit card. I am now receiving bills from Urban Air that say I had signed up for a 12 month membership that costs $40 a month and that I cannot cancel. I live 3 hours a way. I never would have signed up for a 12 month membership. They expect me to pay $480 when my children could likely only get to the park maybe two or three more times this year. It is insane and terrible. I do not have that kind of money to waist on something that will not be used. Please help. Resolution Sought I would like the so called membership canceled and for them to not expect me to pay any further money to them.
