I ordered my lashes back December 9, 2023 and it is now January 26, 2024 and I have not received my lashes yet. When I call to find out the status of my order they tell me that they still have not received their packaging labels, I find this very odd. I would like my package or a refund. They keep offering $15 discounts for me to wait. I think I've waited long enough. Their lack of communication is terrible and they do not keep their customers up-to-date on their order status, as promised. Resolution Sought Refund or lashes.

I placed an order on 7/29/22 On 8/4/22 I received an email with shipping info Yet when I check the tracking it only states that the label was created I have been emailing for a refund I gave them 1 week to get my package out Resolution Sought Refund my $98
