The salesman was very aggressive. He even lowered the monthly rate by $40.00 monthly. Sounded great, so I fell for it. I was told I could cancel at anytime. My service was scheduled the same day. The technician never showed up. I called the same night I was told they were running behind schedule. So I agreed to allow them to come the following day. They never showed. On day three I waited. The technician was an hour late. Before he arrived I called and left the message I was canceling the service. A technician showed up an insisted on spraying the outside of my home. I made him aware that I canceled my service. I was also told it that service was complimentary due to the no shows. Then I started receiving calls from the company. I never returned the calls. I was billed $75.00 today. I called to request a refund. I was told I would be billed $200.00 plus for canceling a 12 month contract. A contract I never received. After my research for the contract. They sent it to someone else email address. Now I am being told I didn't call a particular number to cancel. This company is scandalous. They use harassment and aggressive tactics to force customers into a contract. Then show up when it n is convenient for them. I feel like I have been robbed and harassed. Save yourself the drama. They are harassing honest people in Huntsville and Hartselle at their homes. BEWARE of URBANEX PEST CONTROL! Resolution Sought I want a refund of my money. Contract cancelled and to never be contacted by this company again.
