I've never got a loan or installment from u and it says 90 days late but it was from 2015 how is it 90 days late. U got it on my credit report and it's causing damage to my credit. Resolution Sought Pay for the damage to my credit and me not being able to get into a place because it's there.

Mr. Linn signed a retail installment sales finance contract on June 15, 2015. The contract has been in place since then and until now there has been no mention of an issue. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act prohibits me from sharing any further information with you regarding this matter. Mr. Linn should file a dispute of our tradeline with Experian, including copies of his identifying information. This process by no means guarantees the outcome he seeks but is the proper forum for the matter.

You guys have some issues thinking I owe you money for something that I never did or received from any lender. Account Details, Original Lender, 14 U S ACCEPTANCE LLC. Account Type, Not Reported, Responsibility Individual. Age Of Account 3 Years, 4 Months. Credit Limit Not Reported. Highest Balance, $5,115. I am not in debt with any lender for that balance above. I would like it removed off my credit and name. Resolution Sought To remove it from my credit and name. It is not my debt and should not be on my name.
