We tried purchasing a compressor through US Air. They took forever to the point that the order has yet to be completely shipped out. Due to this delay, we incurred some losses. I tried reaching out via phone and email, and they would not reply at all. This went on for about two and a half weeks. We ended up contacting a local supplier that did the install in no time. I want to return the partial order that has been received, and they are stating that there would be a 40% restock fee. My intention was never sending it back, but because of their negligence and inability to reply, It led us to this point. am not looking for any compensation. I just want them to take ownership and make things right. A notice was sent yesterday giving a 24 hour notice to cancel the order, within 20 min we received tracking info of the missing part. We have no use for this order due to the length of time this took to ship. All parts were send separately. I want to return the entire order at your expense and receive a full refund, with no restocking fees.
