Looking for someone to write grants the proposal found this company online. Spoke to Leslie who guarantees satisfaction service. After her sales pitch, I was introduced to Mr. Jason Cross. Sign contract on August 11, 2021. Assigned a Professor Coach ( Grant Writer) George Acosta - The only thing he did was put together a poorly business plan, and sent a list of grant opportunities, that were either too late to apply for or loans application that was not interested in. Very poor communication, I always had to schedule phone conferences and had to remind him, and always had a personal excuse. After a few months of this frustration in December 2021, I made a complaint. In January 2022 we were assigned a new Person, Mr. Woodrow. Guaranteed better service, and better communication, I have not seen any results in his service worst, was the lack of communication, gave not heard from him since March 2022. No grants have been submitted, These people have taken 4250.00 and I received nothing I am very disappointed and would like to get my money back and not pay this balance. They have not lived up to their words I advise people not to fall into online businesses such as this, they sell you a good plan get your deposit, and do nothing. I am very disappointed with this service. Please be aware after one year, you start paying $49.00 per month. They are not Professional it's a setup and the business plan is very poorly written. Be very very, careful with these online services. Resolution Sought I would like US Business Funding Solutions to cancel my contract with them and return my deposit. The charge is $8500.00 . I put down $4250.00. Make sure I am not been charged the reminded balance of $4250.00. Nor the $49.00 monthly fee. I just want out of this contract.
