I bought a set of custom mats for my Ford 2023 Mach E that should have been perfectly made to fit my car. The mats don't fit properly so I called the company and reached them and explained my problem. Pictures were to sent to them. Return email was sent to me that the problem would be taken care of. Nothing was done now no one returns my call when I leave messages. Can you help me. Resolution Sought Refund me and give me a return address so I can ship the mats back.

I ordered mats for my car for the front and back they didn't send me whatI asked them to send me, what they me was something I would not put it in my car it's plastic and cheap looking it not worth $169.00. Resolution Sought I would like to have my full refund.
