I purchased an Apple IPhone 16e 2/25/26 tried to return the phone 04/03/26. US Cellular refuses saying the phone is damaged. It has a spot the size of the end of a straight pin where the pain is off. This phone was possibly like this when purchased. I've had many people look at this and everyone agrees there is absolutely no damage. In August I bought a phone from us cellular. A Samsung s25. I also signed a contract for a new service and I'm financing the phone. The phone died in november. I went into the shop and Andrew an amazing sales rep could not get the phone to turn on. We sent it to Samsung and of course it turned on. They sent it back to me and while doing a data transfer the phone completely died. Went back into US Cellular we could not get the phone to turn back on. I'm well over a month into this process. Maria is the district manager. She has instructed her sales person not to give me her information not to help me and to basically ignore me. I have a contract it's under warranty and I have lost two days of work and I had to buy a new phone and a new line just to have a phone. I need help she is an evil person Resolution Sought I would like credits to my account for the two days of work that I have missed they could have just given me a new phone it was only 2 months old. I want credits to the account for the financing I have paid for for the two months I've been without my phone and credits to my account for aggravated suffering. Also I want a new phone I have a contract and she is not living up to it she is evil Maria is evil
