I purchase a 2015 Ford Mustang EcoBoost on March 21st 2022 from US Express Auto the vehicle broke down while driving on April the 8th 2022 I contacted Jennifer from US Express Auto on April 9th of 2022 I was advised to bring the car back I had replace a battery and alternator before resolving the towing to US Express Auto Jennifer personally decline doing any repairs so I asked for a total refund and Jennifer denied it and had the vehicle towed off the premises I made several attempts of having the problem resolved and was denied I had to make several other repairs before I found out it was a major engine problem and Jennifer refused to make the. Car operable u.s. Express Auto is aware of all the repairs that has been made and still not operable i have still been making car payment Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of my down payment a full refund of the repairs that were made and a full refund of my car payment and I will return the car.

Dear customer, Our dealership sells all our used inventory in "As Is" condition. The buyers guide on your vehicle stated "As Is" with no dealer warranty. You did sign the buyers guide as well as our contract with this understanding. Our records indicate you did not have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party mechanic of your chosing prior to purchase.
