I registered my pet with US Service Animals in July 2024 for and ESA Letter for my residence. I explained I DID NOT want the VIP Membership and the representative signed me up anyway. They sent me a collar for my pet with the incorrect phone number on her tag. I called to request a refund and a cancel the membership. The customer service like puts you on a hold "for the next available rep." After about 5 mins, it states, "there are no representatives available for you. Please leave a detailed message." My calls have not been returned, the membership has not been cancelled, I have not received a refund. I disputed charges with my bank in August. Today, I was charged again. I left another message asking for refund/cancellation. Resolution Sought I would like to hear back from this org for a proper refund and the membership cancelled to avoid any future charges.
