I am filing a complaint for excessive fees on small storage unit I pay $223.00 when the unit should be $198.00 actually 178.00 but every six months for 10 years. they have went up on me continually over maintenance and security when that aspect never change!! I believe they are devalue and disregard consumer by increasing fees every six months Resolution Sought If I am to continue with us Storage I would like a permanent monthly decrease of $25.00 to $50.00 decrease upon that time I do not need us Storage centers !!!!!! I have my bill on time for 10 years and now even as I struggled through the pandemic made my payment!!!!!!!!! I'm this would be a satisfactory result!!!!
