I vacated my unit at us storage I informed the property manager I was leaving on the 1st of November. This business is horrible I receive calls daily , text message, and emails everyday I have asked them to stop that computer system from calling me still today it has not been resolved. At the end of October I paid everything I owed to this place the amount I paid was 322.00 for everything I owed. I had notified the property manager I was leaving he informed me I needed to sign a document showing I vacated. I was on camera when I was in the office paying for my unit. I verbally let the property manager know I would be getting everything out and leaving on the 1st of November. I vacated on 11/1. I went to tell the manager in the office that I was done no one was in the office. I have continued to call back but no response yet. I have contacted the corporate office and have been told I did not sign a document that I never received so I was told I will continue getting 6 or more calls a day, text messages, and emails unit I pay for a unit I no longer have. The corporate office stated they would call the property manager but never returned my call. I called the corporate office to try and resolve this matter and was told I have to deal with the property manager that does not return calls or is rarely in the office. This storage unit harass tenants if your bills is not paid on the 1st of the month. Many times I told the manager to stop that voice-mail Resolution Sought I want them to take my name off of that computer system and to take responsibility for not sending me the document and not responding to any calls. The corporate office she have resolved this issue but send me back to the property manager that does not respond. This company acts as though they are a company that gives you account.
