Customer Complaint

I was contacted back in January by a salesman for the company, Wayne. He promised us that with our loan amount, we could get our trees trimmed, get new windows and still have money left over to pay off a high interest rate credit card. He said that the company would find us the people to do the work. Well as soon as we agreed, he disappeared. And when I contacted the company, they said that they didn't do windows nor would they find us a tree trimmer. The sent us 1700 to get the trees done ourselves. We'll I have had to use a lot of that money for electricians, one to fix something they caused. They did send an electrician out but he looked at the receptacles and said that it was not their fault. So we got another electrician and he said that 2 of the outlets were their fault (we had 3 not working after the initial solar installation). Not only that, he didn't like the way the wires were put in our panel box. He said their was some hardware missing, but he didn't think it was illegal. Also, they damaged our ceiling and have been promising to get someone out to fix it but it's not happened. Now they are not returning our calls and we have been making payments on the system. They are supposed to be monitoring our solar system, but they are not doing that either. All of this was supposed to be in the package. So here we sit, damaged ceiling, paying for electricians, have no solar monitoring and no new windows. This has been going on since January. Resolution Sought I want the promised windows, our ceiling fixed, refund on the electrician, our solar monitoring to start and our promised refund.
