Bad vibes from their driver.

I needed towing at approximately midnight; called AAA and the guy that came to assist, l could feel bad vibes, from very short, unprofessional, scary! When it was expressed to owner/management about his behavior, it was worse. So, l wasn't comfortable in accepting their assistance. I want them to acknowledge that they cannot treat people in this manner. When you're stranded and reach out for help, you need to feel safe! Not threatened more so than your situation. They truly showed they're as*es being they're the only tow at that time of night! Truly threatening to know that! Gives them no right to be so ignorant. They're in business of assistance not threats!
