originally i called andrea at 888-975-8739 in sept of2025 to set up verbal contract $295.06 per month for home appliances through flyer I recieved in mail. I couldn't find # on my cell for exact date I called.. I used credit card ending 8619. I never got a written contract in mail or my gmail explaining what I was getting or paying for. I looked again this past week end finding only notes from when I talked to andrea. The only other information came from mepco in a welcome letter/not a bill with cc # ending in 8619 opened on 10/02/25. I The recieved first bill for $295.06 1st payment 10/07/25 and 2nd for $295.06 due on 11/07/25. I called the credit card company to dispute after calling 888-975-8739 and being transfered around and getting no answers. The credit company then refunded me the money, both payments. I then tried to get back to the 888-571-0349 to talk to cynitha on 11/20/25. Getting nowhere and telling them I want to cancel policy. I called again again on 11/24/25 but was again able to get any where due to there system being down. I want nothing to due with these companies anymore. I'm not willing to pay any payments until I'm out of the contract I've never seen. Will see depending on what the BBB can do. If not, next step is getting a lawyer. Victor Lapinski Resolution Sought see above complaint. I'm not going to pay anymore then the 2 month of dispute $295.06(+2) and certainly not the balance whatever that is.
