My vehicle was total loss in an accident on 5 February 2024. Total loss statement was issued on 23 February and USAA has not paid Ally Financial. The process has taken so long that now I am due to pay a car payment. USAA Reference Number: 001172736 - 801 Clams Adjuster: Terry Extension: 40900 Phone number: 8669800663 Resolution Sought Pay Ally ASAP and correct any issue if this delay impacts my credit.

So, I was rear ended by the insurers car? No big deal things happen. What is a big deal. Is I had to wait 3 days in order to get a loaner due to the wreak happening on a Fri and the adjusters don't work weekends I guess. So, got the rental. Finally, Insurance does the adjustment of my car deems it totaled. Get call from adjuster. They're canceling my loaner vehicle on Friday. I learned of this on Wednesday the car being totaled and them taking the loaner. First off the issue I have is they hit me. I wasn't in the market for a vehicle, so why am I being pushed to immediately be without a perfectly good car up till I was rear-ended second they have yet to pay me for my vehicle. So, this leaves me having to pay for a loaner, which is very expensive and I cannot afford! Not ethical to say the least and not right to treat me and leave me careless due to the neglect of the driver that rear ended me! They openly admitted to struggling with there phone when I was rear-ended. Resolution Sought I would like to see this company due right by people just because I'm not your customer doesn't mean you can put people out.
