Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I opened a account with usalliance I added my cousin as a joint owner I had just been in a bad motorcycle accident I could barely walk I made them aware of this I added overdraft privilege to my account to help me get by I overdraft my main account I admit that my other account I believe my cousin account was compromised he called in and let them know and filed a claim I was In business so I deal with checks and I trusted usalliance it was my payroll check they then against the law after I borrowed this money from a partner lied and said they couldn't verify the check And put a hold on my account for the longest I then called them and they lied about my payroll check bouncing when my payroll check by law should be held nomore than 2 days they locked my account knowing I could barely walk and locked it for a month I then called and asked is the hold lifted they said no the supervisor is looking into it I got upset then I asked did my payroll check clear they lied and said no so I had my partner call his bank and they told him usalliance sent the check back for what reason idk racism so they lied about the check And had my account on hold mind you the overdraft limit is 1000 maximum and they said my account was still on hold next thing you know I get a bill for 3 thousand dollars overdrawn out of every account and they try to lie on me and my cousin knowing they told us the account was on hold still over a month later it's recorded they tried to blame us knowing they just said Resolution Sought Then it's only a thousand dollar maximum so they can't lie on us how does a 1000 dollar limit turn into 3000 obviously it was on them so they tried to save themselves and blame it on me and my cousin it's impossible this was either one of us all cards was thrown away and the max overdraft was 1000 so how could it be us I would like my Bank accounts reinstated and I am suing for a large amount for this racism and blame I got pazer and Epstein and they been looking into this but I didn't pursue it

I opened the account for my job. and when my check got deposited on September 14,2023 the bank put a lock on my account to check to see if it was fraud. they told me that it would take 5 day's before they will release my account and they still haven't released my account and they won't kill me why they won't release my account I've called them every single day to check on the status of my account my boss has called and they had talked to his bank so there's not no fraud here but they won't give me mine they won't release my account..I was told to reach out to you to see if you can help me with this Resolution Sought To find out why they haven't released my account
