On 12/7/2021 I demand to see verifiable proof of a original consumer contract with my signature on it. your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit. Resolution Sought I demand all negative items to be removed from my credit report because several laws have been broken under the FCRA.

I have enclosed a copy of Jayla's signed enrollment agreement with my client. She enrolled in the High School program & agreed to make monthly payments towards her tuition. She submitted 53% of the course but defaulted on her payments resulting in the outstanding tuition balance of $1,088.40.
