I have ordered an electric scooter from this company, have received copy of receipt and on that receipt it states, "Track order at bottom.". There is no phone number on receipt nor phone number for customer concern as to where/how product is being shipped. I want my scooter and dissatisfied with ability to contact company. Website simply shows products but no Customer Service phone or website. Resolution Sought As stated, I desire scooter ordered and Customer Service phone number contact so that I may know of approximate arrival date and by what carrier.

We have no idea who this customer is or what he purchased. If he has an issue he needs to contact us at support@uscooters.com and as you can see in your attachment our phone number is right there even though he claims we have no contact info. We sell 10's of thousands of scooter and no one else has any issues contacting us.
