I don't know who this company is I was charged $29.99 through my Venmo account. There was no option to cancel the Venmo charge. I called Venmo. They had to wait until it was done pending to dispute charge. Once I did dispute charge I received an email stating that the case was closed with Venmo and denied for a refund. I found the address and phone number for Use AI when I called and spoke to them they told me they didn't charge my account. I emailed them three times to let them know that I would be contacting you if something was not taken care of with this issue. I still have not heard back from them and I've never been refunded my $29.99. I have no clue who this company is or what the charge is even for. After researching this company, I find that there are several issues of them doing this to several people when you search their business through Google it is literally a shed in a parking lot for a picture. I do not believe that this is a legitimate business as well. Resolution Sought I would like this business to refund my $29.99 as I have no clue who they are and did not order or subscribe anything from them.
