This company first, sends a bill 3 months later from once I received keys in September but didn't move in till October 1st, they proceeded to bill me for Sept, Oct, and Nov and December. It wasn't any usage for Sept, I didn't move in physically till October, then they have all these additional charges on the bill, a Rubbish disposal charge, Rubbish Monthly fee, Monthly service fee, late fees, then Utility charge for Water and Sewer, New account fee, these fees are then repeated each month, when only 1 bill came in December after the 10th, this is ludicrous can someone please help. Resolution Sought Make adjustments due to none usage in September and then explain all the other fees to why they are charging all these additional fees for same bill and remove the late fees because a bill was not sent out Monthly, I was told by this Northern Management my land lords that we will receive a water bill for 3 months, not Monthly so why are the late fees applied, on the utility website it dont state Monthly or every 3 months, when shall we receive a bill every month or every 3 it needs to be clear

The 250 is for what usage and charges because didn't receive any notification of any bill till Dec 14th , no bill was sent to my email, why wasn't I billed accordingly? You just can't wait after several months then send people bills with late fees applied, wasn't given a chance to pay the amount given monthly, this company is a rip off
