I signed a contract to have VEI purchase my time share and I would in exchange sign up for their travel service. I called the next day to cancel the contract as my sister was in an accident and I needed to tend to her and funds would be tight. I sent the certified letter to them within the 3 day period and I cannot get anyone to call me back to tell me when the refund will be returned. Resolution Sought Refund the amount in full $1475.00

We received an advertisement for this company stating they would buy our time share. We listened and watched a presentation. We then checked out the company and did not find any red flags, so we decided to proceed. We got contracts spelling out everything we had talked about, signed them and paid the 2848.80 by credit card, and returned to National Resort Title on July 5, 2024. They projected a 3 to 4 month time line. We did not hear anything and then got an email December 3 stating that Berkshire Mountain Lodge would not allow them to transfer ownership for the property until the next year. That we should pay the annual maintenance fees, and they would accept a dispute on the credit card and then give us a credit of 600. Then our cost would be reduced to 1748.80. I said I would contact them when we got the refund. I tried to file a dispute, but our credit union said it had been too long. I informed Jordan at NRT and she said my file was in the back office and they would take care of me within 24 to 48 hours. But We have had no response and that was 2 months ago. Resolution Sought We would like to have the transaction completed, but if that is not possible, then we definitely want a refund.
