Horrible !!!

If I don't get an answer soon! We're 5 months in and paid almost $3000.00 for them to take our timeshare over. I will file a lawsuit and I will fight till the bitter end!! My last two emails haven't even been answered! If they follow through I will recanted but I'm almost on a airplane to comfort them with a attorney!

Failure to perform contracted duties.

In February 2019 I contracted with vacation experts international LLC to transfer my timeshare out of my name. Vacation experts international LLC was charging me a monthly fee to do the transfer. March 11 2020 I received an email from vacation experts international LLC that the transfer couldn't be done due to the resort and that I would get a full refund. I called every phone number I have which is 6 different numbers and my calls goes straight to voicemail. I get no call back and no answer to my emails. As of October 27 2020 vacation experts international LLC will not answer the phone and will not return my emails. There also has been no refund as the March 11 2020 stated. Don't do business with this company.
