I can't even believe that businesses are like this. They stole my money, lied to me, and now have the choice to ignore me and NOT be put out of business? Resolution Sought Cancel my contract and refund ALL my money (100%)

We need your help getting in contact with Vacation Villages. We have been reaching out multiple times and they refuse to even acknowledge or respond to us. For over a year we've been trying to discuss ending our ownership but it feels like they are completely ignoring us. We have mailed letters, sent emails, and even submitted online contact but nothing is getting through to them. We are looking for a concrete solution to surrender the deed and end our ownership completely with Vacation Villages. As we've shared with Vacation Villages, my wife and I both served in the military and after purchasing the timeshare, our military schedules did not allow us to use the timeshare as we were constantly busy with our duties. Now that we are retired, my current job keeps me traveling 200 days a year. We simply don't have the time to use the timeshare. On top of that, the maintenance fees have almost doubled since we joined which is a big financial burden on our family. Our mortgage account (07850046620) was "PAID IN FULL" ON 2/17/2014; therefore we have fulfilled our commitment as owners with Vacation Villages and it shouldn't be this complicated to end the ownership. We've paid everything even though we haven't been able to get any benefits out of it. It's only right that Vacation Villages allows us to end the ownership hassle-free. Please help us get communication and the rightful conclusion from Vacation Villages. Resolution Sought Termination and a refund.
