We want to file a complaint against Vacation Villages, a timeshare company that has caused nothing but stress and frustration. Our experiences with this company have been a complete nightmare and we're at our wits' end. Firstly, the timeshare did not benefit me or my family in any way. We were sold on the idea that we could travel anywhere in the world with ease, but this was far from the truth. The timing and days of the week available were not convenient for us at all, and it made it nearly impossible to book a vacation as a busy family. Furthermore, the maintenance fees for this timeshare continue to skyrocket each year, leaving us with a hefty bill that we cannot afford. My husband even had his credit card compromised by Vacation Villages' salesperson when he made a payment over the phone. This is completely unethical and unprofessional and puts us at risk for fraud and identity theft. Despite our best efforts to cancel the timeshare and receive a refund, we have been met with silence from various departments at Vacation Villages. We strongly urge you to investigate Vacation Villages' business practices and hold them accountable for their deceptive and fraudulent conduct. This timeshare has been nothing but a waste of our hard-earned money, and we deserve to be refunded in full. Thank you. Resolution Sought Cancel and refund all money paid.

I am reaching out to express my extreme frustration with Vacation Village Resorts. Despite providing them with hardship proof of our financial issues, they have refused to release us from our timeshare agreement. We were informed by Vacation Village Resorts about a hardship program they offer to owners facing financial or medical difficulties. Believing that this program would be a viable solution for us, we diligently followed their instructions and submitted all the necessary documentation to prove our financial struggles. However, to our dismay, instead of granting us release from the timeshare, Vacation Village Resorts offered us a downgrade option. This downgrade would require us to start over and bear additional financial burdens that we simply cannot afford. We find this response completely unacceptable, as we have clearly demonstrated our inability to meet the financial obligations associated with the timeshare. We went the extra mile to emphasize our dire financial situation by providing a letter from my employer confirming my unemployment status. Despite these efforts, Vacation Village Resorts remains unwilling to accommodate our request for release from the timeshare. We are reaching out to you, the Business Consumer Alliance, in the hopes that you can assist us in resolving this matter. It is crucial for Vacation Village Resorts to understand that we are unable to continue as timeshare owners due to our financial circumstances. We seek your support!
