Resort Promised Golf Privileges but do not own any resorts with golf Wi

Williamsburg Plantation which is a resort that is owned by Vacation Village Resorts promised to offer me unlimited golf privileges, but few if any of the resorts owned have golf as a part of the resort. But rather, they depend on Golf Access to provide golf privileges. It turns out that Golf Access has about 900 private golf clubs in its memberships, all of which are private. Golf Access can deny and or restrict golf privileges. When I tried to use Golf Access, I had to go through the concierge service of Interval International, which is the service provider for all of the resort privileges. I wanted tee times for Greensboro, NC for early October. It turns out that of the three golf clubs listed for Greensboro, NC, only one was still affiliated. Further, the tee times for Interval International member was limited to the times of 10:30am-2:00 pm. These are some of the most undesirable times for playing golf since it is the hottest part of the day. Further, in order to get a tee time, I had to leave a deposit, which may or may not be refundable and I had to name all of the members of the golf party. Further, the golf clubs that are members of Golf Access are not the most desirable courses and many of them are really subprime. None of this was disclosed to me at the time of sales. However, the service support person at Interval International suggested when I called that this program was probably not the appropriate plan for me since my interest was in golf only. I made this very clear at the time of sales and no one suggested that I might not be getting what I intended. I have later found out that Vacation Village Resort has a B rating when the ratings begin at AAA, AA, A, BBB,BB, B or it is in the middle of the road. Further the sales person in Florida was extremely nasty when I called with my concern.
